Key Definitions

Application/App refers to the Remind Stock Notifications software integrated with your Shopify store.

Merchant/You means the Shopify store owner or authorized representative using our services.

End Users are your customers who interact with notification features on your storefront.

Financial Terms

Pricing Structure

Charges occur monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Payments process automatically through Shopify's billing system on your designated renewal date.


SMS Usage Costs

Text message notifications incur additional charges calculated by message volume and destination regions. Detailed pricing appears in your account dashboard.


Non-Payment Consequences

Overdue accounts experience service limitations including notification suspension and feature restrictions until payment resolution.


Refund Limitations

We do not provide refunds for unused service periods, however, exceptional circumstances may qualify for discretionary credits.

Risk & Liability

Service Disclaimer

Our application is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding notification delivery, timing accuracy, or business outcomes.


Limitation of Damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding twelve months. We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.


Merchant Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, customer consent requirements, and proper service usage.


Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.


Account Management

Termination Rights

Either party may end this agreement at any time. You can cancel through your Shopify admin panel or by contacting our support team.


Effect of Termination

Upon cancellation, notification services cease immediately, and customer data is deleted within 30 days unless legal retention requirements apply.


Survival Clauses

Payment obligations, liability limitations, and intellectual property rights continue beyond termination.
